Pay: $20.75 - $30.88

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-time, Permanent, Direct Hire
  
• Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  
• Coverage every 5th weekend from 8 AM to 12 PM
  
• Complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement
  

Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake procedures such as gathering medical history and recording vital signs
  
• Assess and monitor patient health, recognizing and responding to any changes in a patient's condition
  
• Manage patient records and ensure information is accurate and kept confidential
  

Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or greater
  
• BLS Certification
  
• Active LPN License or the ability to obtain one upon hire
