Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or Multi-State Compact Nurse license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) with active CPR certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Prior dialysis nursing experience required
- Acute or ambulatory care experience preferred
- Flexibility to travel between facilities in Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deliver personalized dialysis care plans
- Provide patient education and adjust treatment as necessary
- Supervise Dialysis Technicians, ensuring high standards of care
- Monitor and document patient outcomes, administer medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for holistic patient support
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
