We are seeking a Senior, High Level Administrative Associate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive ongoing company success.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks needed
Qualifications:
- Excel, QuickBooks & Invoicing required
- 55+wpm typing, will test for interview
- Previous experience in office administration/other related fields
- Ability to efficiently prioritize multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Two to three years management experience
- Technical competence with Microsoft computer systems, copiers, and printers
