We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join a high-acuity inpatient hospital team. This role requires strong Neuro and Stroke experience and hands-on scrub expertise in neuro interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and demonstrate proficiency across a broad range of interventional and vascular procedures.
HARD STOP Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
- Strong Neuro and Stroke IR experience required
- Minimum 1 year scrub experience, specifically scrubbing Neuro procedures
Skills Required:
- Strong Neuro and Stroke IR experience
- Inpatient hospital experience
- PACS proficiency
- Contrast administration experience
- Scrub experience for Neuro procedures
Procedural Experience Must Include:
- Stents
- Angioplasty
- Angiograms
- Nephograms
- Kyphoplasty
- Peripheral interventions
- Biopsies
- Drain placements
- Upper & lower extremity studies
- Abdominal & pelvic procedures
- Genitourinary studies
- Vascular studies
- Venous access
- Neurological studies
Equipment Experience Required:
- Siemens X-ray systems
- Philips X-ray systems
Certifications Required:
- ARRT (R)
- BLS
Certifications Preferred:
- ARRT Advanced Certification
Work Settings: (*Preferred/possible exposure settings)
- Acute Care (primary setting)
- Adult Rehabilitation Facility*
- Pediatric Rehabilitation Facility*
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)*
Charting System: Preferred, Epic
Years of Experience Required: 2+ years Interventional Radiology (required)
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.56 per hour
