What your future day will look like:
- Oversee all areas and personnel with the compliance department
- Manage and execute internal audit process to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Handle escalated compliance issues
- Assist in the development of the department and staff by providing guidance to employees
- Support development and delivery of compliance reporting
- Identify opportunities for risk mitigation
- Research and implement new compliance regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes

Type: Direct hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check
- 3+ years of leadership experience with the ability to manage a team of different personalities
- 3+ years of compliance experience
- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Experience in debt collection industry with familiarity of debt collections laws a strong plus
- MS Office proficiency
