Waukesha State Bank is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-driven Loan Servicing Officer to join our Mortgage Operations Team. In this vital role, you'll oversee the full servicing lifecycle of mortgage and consumer loans while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer support. Acting as a key liaison between borrowers, internal departments, and external partners, you'll help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and maintain the high service standards our customers expect. This position plays a central role in monitoring loan performance, managing delinquencies and defaults, and ensuring all activities adhere to federal, state, investor, and company guidelines.
As a Loan Servicing Officer, you'll provide leadership and expertise across daily servicing operations, reporting, loss mitigation processes, and workflow coordination. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the bank, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and investor requirements, recommend process improvements, and support the development of servicing staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong mortgage servicing experience, advanced regulatory knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence within a community banking environment.
