Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met on time and within budget.
- Manage, train, and develop production staff, including supervisors and team leads.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure product specifications are consistently met.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage raw material inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility resources.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Experience implementing or optimizing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
