Are you an organized, bilingual leader with a passion for helping people and a talent for managing teams? A well-respected plaintiff-side employment law firm in El Segundo is looking for a Head of Intake to lead and elevate its high-volume intake department.

About the Role:

You'll be the driving force behind one of the firm's most crucial departments — the first touchpoint for potential clients. This role involves leading a small team, evaluating new case leads, guiding prospective clients through the intake pipeline, and working closely with attorneys to ensure viable cases are quickly and effectively retained. This is a full-time, in-office position for immediate hire.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the entire intake process from inquiry to retention
• Supervise and coach intake team members
• Prepare case summaries and guide attorney decisions
• Set performance goals and analyze key intake metrics
• Ensure prospective clients feel heard, informed, and supported

What You'll Need:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience leading a team and managing processes
• Legal intake or law firm experience strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational habits
• A proactive, empathetic, and client-first mindset
