Reports To: Spa Manager
Job Purpose: Provide a variety of massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal. Providing the highest level of personalized treatments with exceptional customer service to our guests in a calm professional manner, while educating clients on benefits and recommending customized spa-to-home care for a relaxing experience.
Job Summary: To contribute to the spa team’s achievements by consistently offering quality bodywork experiences and functioning as a cohesive team member to realize company aspirations, including revenue growth through product sales, return clientele, education of spa-to-home care as well as other spa offerings.
SALARY: 25%-28% commission and 20% auto gratuity

GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Establish a serene space where guests can feel comfortable, safe and relaxed.
- Address guest concerns in a thoughtful and gracious manner, even under pressure
- Approach your work with an eye toward continuous improvement. Follow up with and report any guest concerns/feedback.
SPA EXPERIENCE AND OPERATIONS
- Access guests needs, preferences, and health concerns to customize each treatment.
- Educate guests on benefits of massage and recommend appropriate spa services or spa-to-home wellness products.
- Preform professional and customized treatments while adhering to licensing parameters, standard policies, and written protocols to uphold the highest standards of Reflections Spa.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, trends, and products.
- Keep spa records and systems secure and maintain all inventory levels in the massage department.
- Promote retail products to guests and strive to exceed sales goals.
- Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned as required by state board guidelines, stocked and organized after each service. Leave each space better than found.
- Communicate ideas or issues to your Spa Manager in a timely manner
- Keep informed about the Spa and its offerings through regular updates.
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned by management
AVAILABILITY
- Flexibility, with nights and weekends required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have a valid Wisconsin Massage Therapy license
- 1-2 years of experience in a spa setting preferred
