Job Description

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We have a 13-week contract job aSpokane Valley, WA. If you have OASIS and HCHB expertise and can commit to working 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., we encourage you to apply for this fulfilling opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough patient assessments.
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse healthcare team.
Maintain accurate OASIS documentation.
Provide compassionate and effective care in patients' homes.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license
Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
