Job Summary Looking for a home at one of the best new restaurants in Houston? You've found it at Okto. We are a new restaurant by the same owners of Doris Metropolitan. We are looking for passionate, energetic bartenders to join our team. You must have 1 year minimum experience in providing superior service behind the bar. We look forward to meeting you. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Take drink orders</li>
<li>Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages</li>
<li>Collect payment and operate cash register</li>
<li>Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients</li>
<li>Perform duties associated with opening and closing the bar, including cleaning and mopping</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
<li>Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items</li>
<li>Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li>
