Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) 
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Position: Full-Time Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus health insurance and full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Snapshot
This role is ideal for counselors who prefer a predictable schedule and a clear clinical focus. You’ll provide outpatient therapy services to clients seeking practical mental health support within a community-based clinic environment.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Deliver individual counseling sessions</li>
<li>Develop and maintain treatment plans</li>
<li>Complete required clinical documentation in the EHR</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinic teams</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Active California LPCC license</li>
<li>Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field</li>
<li>Prior outpatient or community mental health experience</li>
<li>Strong organization and documentation skills</li>
</ul>
