This is a full-time position that will assist our existing accounting manager. Must know and understand Quick Books.
Responsibilities
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
• Record disbursements and accrual expenses in QuickBooks.
• Record deposits and other credits in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements to QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial reports (e.g. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement by Class, Budget-to-
Actual, Cash Flow)
• Maintain vendor files, issue W-9s, and prepare Form-1099s.

Compensation: Position initially pays an hourly wage of $12/hour during the initial training period. After an agreed upon time period salary and benefits will apply.
