Overview:
The Office Manager supports the daily operations of a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm. This role ensures organizational efficiency, promotes collaboration across departments, and upholds high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to support firm goals and enhance service delivery.
- Manage staff and broker onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
- Partner with brokers to monitor productivity and implement strategies for growth.
- Serve as liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
- Coordinate license renewals and maintain compliance with TREC and other regulatory bodies.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for staff and brokers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, practices, and emerging trends.
- Support leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office or operations management within commercial real estate.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of real estate compliance and licensing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with professionalism.
