Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding parts for a variety of products including generators, valves, ovens, dishwashers, and automotive vehicles. This role requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, particularly with materials such as stainless steel, copper, and brass.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding using .032-.035, 16 gauge materials.
- Execute TIG welding on stainless steel components.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to fabricate parts accurately.
- Utilize calipers and height gauges for precise measurements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality welding standards.
Essential Skills
- 1-2+ years of experience in MIG or TIG welding.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience in fabrication and stainless steel welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- TIG welding with aluminum is a significant advantage.
- Experience in operating fabrication equipment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with working on copper, brass, and aluminum is highly desirable.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, relaxed, and friendly. We offer two shifts: the 1st shift runs from 5:50 AM to 2:20 PM, and the 2nd shift is from 2:20 PM to 10:20 PM. Join us for a fulfilling work experience in a supportive setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Germantown, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
