Job DescriptionShipping & Receiving Associate: Beloit, WisconsinOur customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Shipping & Receiving Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and shipping goods while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Associate:

• Pack, crate, and ship goods accurately and on time.
• Ensure shipments match proper paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare freight quotes and shipping documentation as needed.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely.
• Distribute materials to appropriate plant locations and verify inventory counts.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Support safety initiatives and follow all Safety Quality Foods (SQF) rules and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and computer entries for compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a certified forklift operator.
• Experience with computerized ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, climb for extended periods.

Pay for Shipping & Receiving Associate: $17–$20 per hour. Benefits:
