- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- Need 1 day per week (Wednesdays only) & must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 months
- 6 - 8 patients per day
- EEG required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
