Job Title: Door-to-Door Lead Generator – Construction & Remodeling (High Earning Potential)

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to generate leads for a fast-growing construction and remodeling company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to earn strong daily income plus commission.
Your role will be simple: knock doors, start conversations, and identify homeowners interested in home improvements. No estimating or closing required—we handle that for you.
Pay Structure:
• $20 per qualified lead
• Expected 5–10 leads per day ($100–$200 daily)
• 25% commission on profits from closed jobs
Leads range from small handyman projects to full remodels and additions, so your earning potential can grow quickly.
Responsibilities:
• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners about potential home projects
• Set appointments / collect contact information
• Submit qualified leads daily
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people
• Sales or door-to-door experience is a plus (not required)
