Location: Belfast, ME
Pay: $27–$28/hour + full benefits
Shift(s): Mon–Tues, Fri–Sat | 9:00AM–8:00PM OR Mon–Fri | 11:30AM–8:00PM

As an Advanced Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients calling into the contact center. You’ll provide solutions to everyday banking needs, educate clients on financial products, and help them achieve their goals—all while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound client calls and provide outstanding customer service
  • Listen and identify client needs, recommending the right banking products and solutions
  • Open and service accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans
  • Build strong client relationships by showing empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Refer clients to licensed specialists when needed
  • Stay adaptable as new tools, technology, and processes are introduced

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (call center, retail, or banking a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
  • Passion for helping clients improve their financial lives

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in financial services or banking
  • Sales, cross-selling, or upselling experience
  • Previous call center or telephone sales background
