Fetta Specialty Pizza in Owensboro, KY is looking for one dishwasher/prep cook to join our 27 person strong team.. Primarily looking for morning shifts. 15-20 hours per week up to full time. We are located on 118 St Ann St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, utensils, trays, and pans by hand
- Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Follow recipes
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, strain, cook, meat and vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a dishwasher
- Punctual with a great attendance record
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
