Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate storage, order preparation, and shipment of products to customer locations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately store and organize products within the warehouse
- Prepare and process customer orders for shipment following company procedures
- Label and meter packages using various freight and shipping systems
- Process orders using ERP systems
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
- Perform daily preparation for upcoming shipping activities
- Support company initiatives related to:

- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (ERP experience is a plus)
Dress Code Requirements:
- Closed-toe shoes required at all times
- Long pants must be worn (no shorts)
- Pants must be worn at waist level (no visible undergarments)
- No hats allowed
- Hooded sweatshirts permitted (hoods must remain down)
- No tank tops or cutoff shirts
- No clothing with offensive images, slogans, or wording
- Sunglasses are not permitted on the warehouse floor
