What you’ll do
<ul>
<li>Set up and run CNC lathe jobs from kickoff to steady production.</li>
<li>Dial in tooling, offsets, and workholding for repeatable results.</li>
<li>Verify quality and make on-the-fly G-code adjustments.</li>
<li>Operate across lathes, Swiss, and multiaxis milling as needed.</li>
</ul>
Must-haves
<ul>
<li>Proficient in English.</li>
<li>Dependable commute to Blaine, MN.</li>
<li>Stable employment history.</li>
<li>Able to lift 50 lbs consistently.</li>
<li>5+ years of turning machinist experience.</li>
<li>Capable of independent first-run setups.</li>
<li>Experience with Fanuc and/or Yasnac-controlled lathes.</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-haves
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Makino, Haas, and Nakamura equipment.</li>
<li>SolidWorks proficiency.</li>
</ul>
