We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Operations Manager to lead our team of Account Executives, focusing on driving new business, expanding existing client relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to accelerate growth.
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the account executive team. This role involves managing team performance, developing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with clients to provide outstanding staffing solutions. As a key leader within our agency, the Operations Manager will help create a high-performance culture, deliver exceptional client satisfaction, and ensure that all staffing solutions meet the needs of our clients and associates effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to generate new business and support existing client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting prospective clients in diverse industries. Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline, create compelling proposals, and secure new client and existing partnerships of clients and associates.
- Design and implement focused campaigns to boost agency visibility, generate leads, and acquire new clients. Develop strategies for digital marketing, content creation, and outreach tailored to the staffing needs of specific industries.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Serve as the main point of contact for the agency, to ensure client satisfaction, drive repeat business, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the recruitment process of associates, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements with clients. Ensure the right talent is matched to client requirements and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Lead and guide a team of Account Executives, offering coaching, setting clear objectives, and monitoring performance to ensure superior service delivery.
- Keep current with trends in the staffing industry, monitor competitor activities, and stay informed on market conditions/changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry (preferably in a leadership role).
- Proven track record of growing new business, client acquisition, and account management, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR-related fields.
- Strong marketing skills, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Results-driven, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
