A leading Charlotte-based restaurant group is seeking an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef to oversee pastry, dessert, and bread production across multiple high-volume, scratch-kitchen concepts. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives in structure, takes pride in excellence, and can balance creativity with precision in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Executive Pastry Chef – Requirements & Must Haves:
- Proven experience leading pastry or bakery operations in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment
- Hands-on expertise in pastry, dessert, and bread production at scale
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of overseeing a broad operation spanning multiple locations
- Experience managing commissary or large-scale production strongly preferred
- Excellent understanding of recipe development, consistency, and quality control
- Highly detail-focused and systems-oriented, maintaining strict standards for execution and presentation
- Availability for early-morning production hours and flexibility based on business needs
Executive Pastry Chef – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Italian-inspired pastry or bread program experience
- Background in multi-unit or multi-concept restaurant groups
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to scale production while preserving quality
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with chefs, culinary directors, and company leadership
