We are looking for a welcoming and dependable receptionist who will be a positive influence in our office environment. The ideal candidate will be tasked with answering the phones, responding to emails, provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The job will require someone who has a professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, and will work well with others.

Compensation:

$33,000 - $39,000


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.


Qualifications:

  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
