Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the supply chain management of imports and exports
- Will work with logistics, warehouse and distribution support team to ensure customer needs are being met and product/orders are being delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Will directly manage 1 supervisor, 1 logistics coordinator and 10 pickers
- Responsible for employee development and mentoring, coaching, and training
- Will look at CI efforts to make the warehouse layout more efficient
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience over warehouse and logistics
- Wholesale distribution, retail supply chain or manufacturing with international shipping background
- International shipping experience is a must
