Responsibilities:
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making across departments.
• Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and balances to maintain financial integrity.
• Conduct cost accounting analysis and provide comprehensive reports.
• Manage the consolidation process during monthly financial closings.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and support year-end financial activities.
• Collaborate on audit procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced report-writing tools to extract and present data effectively.
• Address complex financial issues with a solution-driven approach.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to fulfill the role's responsibilities.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
