A Real Estate Maintenance Company, seeking an experienced Electrician to do electrical work and supervisory duties in our electrical company division
<ul>
<li>Overseeing the work of a team of eight (8) junior electricians.</li>
<li>Inspecting electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards and insure compliance with codes</li>
<li>Performing administrative task such as maintaining records and handling project budgets.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5+ years' experience as an Electrician</li>
<li>Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft office, excel).</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and follow through</li>
<li>Strong Verbal and Communication skills</li>
</ul>
License:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license and car</li>
</ul>
