Job Overview
Angel Baby Care Services is seeking compassionate, experienced, and professional Newborn Care Specialists to support families during the early postpartum period. This role focuses on providing non-medical, hands-on newborn care, while guiding and reassuring parents with confidence and care.
Our specialists work closely with families in private home settings, offering overnight, daytime, or 24-hour support. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about newborn care and value professionalism, flexibility, and meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, non-medical newborn care including feeding support, diapering, soothing, and hygiene
- Support healthy sleep foundations using gentle, developmentally appropriate approaches
- Monitor newborn behavior and cues, and communicate observations with parents
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the infant
- Educate and guide parents with calm, non-judgmental support
- Accurately document feeding, sleep, and daily care routines
- Recognize concerns and communicate appropriately within scope of practice
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of newborn care experience preferred
- Background as a Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, or similar role
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in private home environments
- Reliable transportation (for in-person roles)
Schedule Options
- Overnight (8–12 hour shifts)
- Daytime care
- 24-hour care (with scheduled rest periods)
