Caring Arms Homecare Agency is looking for a personal care aide to join our team. We have opportunities in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania and Culpeper areas. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs of the patient.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
• High attention to detail
• Certifications that may apply
