Position Summary
Perform receptionist and switchboard duties and miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• General clerical training or experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
1. Work hours assigned by leadership and be available to work additional hours when necessary.
2. Respond to all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary.
3. Welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties or locations.
4. Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
5. Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as assigned.
6. Perform secure handing of cardholder data, including encryption, data storage limitations, and adherence to security protocols.
7. Participate in mandatory Payment Card Industry (PCI) training, access controls, and regular security assessments, all aligned with PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) guidelines.
8. Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
9. Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
11. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
12. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Work Location: Onsite-Rosecrance Ware Center
Compensation:
- Base Rate: Starting at $18.00 hour (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)
