Job Description: The Project Supervisor will provide direct supervision of multiple personnel and projects while ensuring personnel safety and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Follow all safety standards
- Manage and track all project costs including labor hours, materials, and outside contractors
- Supervise several direct reports and outside contractors
- Supply purchasing, providing support services to served individuals, documentation, and supervision/training of frontline workers
- Provides direct labor according to company safety rules and established parameters. This position may require de-escalating verbally or physically aggressive individuals according to identified procedures and individual client protocols
- Adhere to and demonstrates Assets, Inc. core values, mission, policies, procedures and compliance plan in the performance of all aspects of this position
- Monitors service delivery and ensure that all daily and periodic tasks are completed as scheduled and according to specified quality standards
- Monitors the supply and equipment use at the site
- Ensure effective reporting and communication with the client, the program team, and all customers and stakeholders
- Provides supervision, guidance and training to frontline workers according to the organization's policies, identified procedures and applicable laws
- Perform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Procurement (purchasing) experience
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, such as MINCOM, SAP or Maximo
- Advance computer skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and the ability to obtain military identification
- Training in Procurement Procedures and Policies
- Commanding knowledge of materials and supplies for the maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical trades
- Must be able to design, populate, and submit spreadsheets in a timely fashion to accounting, the government and others as directed
- Must be able to perform accurate and timeliness of purchasing document processing, within own department and other supporting areas
- Must be a self-starter and able to perform assigned work tasks without more than normal supervision
- Experience conducting extensive searches for required information and/or provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, or parts
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on government contracts
