RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Process and receipt money received&nbsp;</li>
<li>Post New and Used Car Deals in Accounting</li>
<li>Calculate and Commission Deals</li>
<li>Post Funding/EFT</li>
<li>Post Internal Repair Orders</li>
<li>Reconcile Schedules on a Daily Basis</li>
<li>Cut Checks and Pay-Off Vehicles</li>
<li>Update Delivery Log and Contracts in Transit Daily</li>
<li>All functions relating to automotive license and title processing</li>
<li>Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling process</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Outgoing and positive demeanor</li>
<li>Professional presentation</li>
<li>Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility</li>
<li>A clean driving record &amp; valid driver’s license</li>
<li>A professional appearance</li>
<li>Dealership Experience, Preferred</li>
<li>Must be organized and detail orientated; have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently</li>
