CNC Machinist – Day Shift | $20–$27/hr | Boise, ID
Location: Boise, ID 83716
Pay: $20 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform basic programming and adjustments to meet tight tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain machines and perform routine upkeep to ensure peak performance.
- Meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring:
- Experience with CNC machining, setup, and operation.
- Proficiency in mills and/or lathes.
- Ability to work within very small tolerances.
- Bonus: Mastercam programming experience.
Work Environment:
- Medium-sized industrial machine shop with modern CNC equipment.
- CNC machines on the East side, lasers/presses in the center, grinding on the West side, and shipping/receiving near the main entrance.
- Tight quarters in some areas—attention to safety and organization is key.
- Dress code: jeans, t-shirts, closed-toe shoes, and face masks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
