Internship Details:

Location: Coral Gables, FL (On-site, NOT remote)
Commitment: 3-5 days per week (Part-time or Full-time)
This is for hours and experience
Unpaid Internship

Responsibilities:

Make 100+ calls per day to potential candidates
Schedule 50-75 interviews part time (or 100-150 weekly for full-time)
Maintain a professional & competitive work ethic
Represent our company with a polished and professional image
Help with onboarding and background checks
Help post jobs ads
Create LinkedIn and press releases

Requirements:

Must have a laptop & working phone

Must be able to dress professionally

Strong communication & organizational skills

No experience required – we provide training!
