Oar Staffing is conducting a search for a STAFFING Selling Branch Manager with a strong background in the Skilled Trades and Construction Industry for a client in the Oklahoma City and Dallas Markets.

PRIOR SUCCESS AS A STAFFING INDUSTRY SELLING BRANCH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS IN OFFICE ROLE

Salary – 65,000 – 80,000 ++++BONUS PROGRAM

Duties:

· Leadership and Team Management

· Business Development

· Client Relationship Management

· Recruitment and Staffing

· Operations and Administration

· Compliance and Risk Management

· Reporting and Analysis

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in staffing sales, with a strong understanding of the light industrial market.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
