Salary: $20/Hour
A Rubber Press Operator is responsible for the process of molding rubber products, working with and directing less experienced Rubber Press Technicians.
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am, $20/hour
Essential Functions:
- Metal Prep
- Blasting
- Priming
Typical Education, Experience & Competencies
• High School education, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Bill of Materials
• Able to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices
• Familiarity with and safe usage of common hand and mechanical tools
• Ability to work independently or with others, as required by job function
• Assist other departments when workflow dictates
Required Education and Experience
• 3-5 years production experience
