Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and shift attention between multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clinical teams, patients, and families
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with interdisciplinary care teams
