Sales Representative

Boardwalk Puzzle & Game Company is a fast-growing, premium puzzle and game brand and the flagship of Americana Art Enterprises, a 30+ year consumer products company. Since launching in 2000, Boardwalk has become a recognized name in the U.S. puzzle market and has been featured by ESPN, Costco, and other major retailers.
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our retail, B2B, and private label sales. This role is responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys owning the full sales cycle in a brand-forward consumer products environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities across retail, B2B, and private label channels
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through closing and account handoff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, buyers, distributors, and business partners
- Grow existing accounts through reorders, upsells, and new product placements
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts within the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership on promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives
- Represent Boardwalk Puzzle & Game Company professionally in sales meetings, calls, and trade-related opportunities
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive products
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience (consumer goods, retail, or wholesale preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, manage relationships, and close deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems preferred
