Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Seattle, WA, serving a K-12 school setting under a contract appointment through the current school year (CSY), ending June 12, 2026. This role requires in-person work, with a standard 7.5-hour workday totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conducting evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP License.
  • Eligibility for or possession of the Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
  • Completion of fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI).
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience working with K-12 school-aged children in speech-language pathology services.
