Provide critical care to patients in an intensive care setting, focusing on delivering high-quality nursing services to support recovery and manage complex health conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions, performing emergency interventions as necessary.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license with experience in ICU nursing.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage high-acuity patients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
Schedule / Hours:
- Every third weekend.
- Every other holiday.
