Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Opportunities are now available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to work full-time in-person from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington state SLP license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Demonstrated collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Dedication to fostering student engagement and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to students’ individual needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to eligible students in group and individual settings
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to child study teams
- Facilitate a positive, supportive environment responsive to students and families
