Must have knowledge of EMR (Modmed/ EMA), Microsoft Excel, Quick Books, credit card terminal, and Apple iPads.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in an aesthetic or dermatology practice and excellent customer service skills.
EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED.
Job description:
• Answering phones.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments and procedures on electronic schedule.
• Emailing referrals.
• Assisting with prescription refills.
• Relaying messages to patients.
• Manages inventory of medical and cosmeceutical products.
• Ordering supplies.
• Posting patient transactions, and entering data on excel spread sheets. Correspondence with patients, referring doctors.
• Social media and eblast communications.
• Documenting medical history through EMR (Modernizing Medicine/EMA).
