Radiologic Technologist – Night Shift (3x12s)
Location: Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday / Thursday / Friday – 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
About the Role
Join a high-performing diagnostic imaging team where you’ll handle both routine and advanced radiology procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is a strong opportunity for experienced technologists who want to stay hands-on while also mentoring staff and contributing to department growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex diagnostic radiology imaging procedures
- Ensure patient safety and image quality while following ALARA radiation standards
- Provide patient-centered care and communicate clearly with patients and families
- Train and mentor students, residents, and junior technologists
- Assist with daily operations, including equipment troubleshooting and supply management
- Support quality assurance initiatives and departmental compliance efforts
- Stay up to date with regulatory standards and participate in team initiatives
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of diagnostic radiology experience
- ARRT (R) Certification required
- Active Massachusetts Radiographer License required
- BLS Certification required
