Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in food quality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with daily food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
