Company Overview

TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films, known for innovations in paint protection films (PPF), is seeking an Accounting & Finance Specialist to support our financial operations and help drive data-informed business decisions. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of finance experience who can manage day-to-day accounting, reporting, and analysis while contributing to long-term financial planning.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with GAAP.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with cash flow management and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with HR to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Manage employee expense reports, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Monitor company expenses, revenues, and margins, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to track performance against budget and provide financial guidance.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; payroll and expense management experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
