Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Aurora, CO, this full-time, on-site position supports an Autism program within a P-8 classroom at a K-8 school. The role focuses on working with approximately 12 students ranging from preschool through eighth grade. The ideal candidate will have experience in a classroom setting and a strong background in behavior analysis to assist the special education team in delivering effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support and interventions aligned with Autism program goals.
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff and classroom teachers.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on student needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of services and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required.
  • Experience working in a classroom environment, preferably supporting students with Autism.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site in the Denver area (east side).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to supporting students in an educational setting without hybrid or virtual options.
