Operations Manager (Accounting + Admin | Multi-Entity)

CJD E-Cycling is a growing, family-owned electronics recycling and secure data-destruction company. We’re hiring an Operations Manager to run the back-office “engine” across three affiliated businesses (E-Cycling, Construction, Real Estate) so ownership can step out of day-to-day admin and focus on growth.
What you’ll own
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (primary): invoice entry, coding, payments (ACH/check), statement matching, basic month-end readiness
- Multi-entity accuracy: correct company coding every time + intercompany billing (ex: Construction billed to Real Estate)
- Systems execution: run what’s already built (QuickBooks + operational tools/workflows) — no wheel-rebuilding
- Basic HR admin: payroll/benefits coordination with broker, employee file upkeep, onboarding support
- Real estate admin workflow: application follow-up, scheduling showings, tenant pipeline support, lease renewals (templated + e-sign)
What we’re looking for
- Strong AP/AR experience (multi-entity experience strongly preferred)
- Detail-obsessed, self-checking work style (accuracy matters here)
- Able to prioritize and stay focused without bouncing between tasks all day
- Tech-savvy + comfortable working in multiple systems
- Ownership mindset: you don’t just enter data—you notice issues and flag them early
