Make a positive impact in educational communities as a contract School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This on-site opportunity offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time schedules anticipated. Work within a supportive environment near Lakeville, MN, collaborating closely with students, teachers, and staff to enhance student outcomes across various grade levels. The role includes conducting evaluations, providing direct services, and supporting MTSS/consultation.
Qualifications:
- Current and active state School Psychologist credential or license (required)
- Experience in educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessments, data interpretation, and intervention planning
- Ability to provide recommended direct psychological services to students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MTSS or experience consulting with teams is valued
Responsibilities:
- Administer psycho-educational assessments as needed for student evaluations
- Deliver direct psychological services such as counseling and crisis intervention
- Consult with teachers, parents, and educational teams to develop and monitor student support strategies
- Participate in MTSS and contribute expertise to intervention planning and progress monitoring
- Maintain clear and timely documentation as required
- Promote safe, positive, and preventive practices that foster student success
