What We Need

A digital advertising expert who knows home services inside and out.

You've run ads for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service companies. You understand seasonal demand, emergency calls, and how homeowners think when their AC breaks at 2 AM.

Must-Have Experience

Home Services Background (Required):

• 3+ years managing digital ads for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home service companies
• Proven track record increasing leads and revenue for home service businesses
• Experience with home services sales cycles, seasonality, and customer behavior

Digital Media Skills:

• Google Ads (Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max)
• Facebook/Meta advertising
• SMS marketing campaigns and automation
• Campaign optimization and budget management
• Lead tracking and attribution

What You'll Do

Drive Growth:

• Launch and optimize digital ad campaigns for residential HVAC companies
• Set up SMS follow-up campaigns for leads and customer retention
• Increase qualified leads while maintaining cost per acquisition targets
• Scale successful campaigns across multiple markets

Home Services Focus:

• Leverage your understanding of HVAC customer pain points
• Create campaigns that convert homeowners into customers
• Work with companies doing $750K-$10M EBITDA
